Ekomilk Mini Dairy 120L is a multipurpose automatic mini dairy plant with several important features. It allows for the automatic processing of milk through the different thermal cycles of alternate heating and cooling. It maintains temperature to the specific requirement of a particular desired process. The Dosing control function ensures different volumes of milk products. It works on automatic cycles and can be launched by a single operator through the control console. It helps in the production of popular milk products like yoghurt under BG standard, white brined cheese from cow/goat milk, white brined cheese from sheep milk, soft Italian type of cheese and allows receipts to be generated during the production. Up to five or more receipt can be created/edited by the client and saved in the memory for subsequent automatic data processing. The processing vat can operate as a thermostatic camera with manual setup of temperature and time by the operator.
